AWS Receives Award Recognizing 60+ Years of Reentry Work

On April 12, 2024 at the annual SC Reentry Conference hosted by the SC Coalition for Returning Citizens and Columbia College, AWS was honored to be recognized for 60+ years of providing reentry services in South Carolina. AWS is the first organization to be recognized with this award. The conference, occurring during national Second Chance Awareness Month, featured speakers on issues such as legal assistance, health care, mental health, housing and employment.
